Purchase Information
Please review the listing information and images carefully prior to purchase. I am unable to accept cancellations of orders and only except returns if there is an issue with the item received out of the customer's control. Deposit payments on custom orders are non-refundable.
I display product images, detailed description and sizing to ensure the customer has full knowledge of the item they are purchasing. The customer must ensure they have carefully reviewed this information and it is the customer's responsibility to enquire if futher details are needed before making purchase. A full refund is offered in the event there are any discrepancies between the item listing and item recieved or due to damage/defect out of the customer's control i.e. damage in transit.
The jewellery I create is built to last so if you find a defect with your item that is out of your control and a repair is possible I will request that you return the item including all original packaging and I will reimburse your shipping costs on receipt of the item. The repaired piece will then be posted back out to you as quickly as possible. I am not responsible for any damages through consumer error - i.e. damages from impact, misuse, improper storage or handling. However, if anything does happen please contact me and I'll do my best to help.
I endeavor to provide clear measurements relating to fit, however, please note that sizing is approximate. Lengths may be rounded to the nearest 1/4 centimeter or 1/4 inch for chains. Any conversions such as ring sizes are measured in a UK scale and converted into an approximation of US sizing so there may be a slight margin of error due to coversion of 1/8-1/4 size. Wider ring bands typically require an additional 1/4-1/2 size for comfort and will be indicated in the listing. However, everyone is different and it is up to the customer to determine what size they will need. In the event an incorrect size is purchased, please get in touch and I will do my best to help.

I do not accept returns or cancellations on custom or personalized orders. However, if the item is damaged in transit or the sizing is completely off, please contact me and we can work on a solution!
Returns Information
Please notify me within 14 days of receipt of your order if you have questions regarding return of an item.
Once approved please return the item within 14 days of notification.
Due to the value of our products we advise using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance when returning your items. I am not responsible for any return items lost in transit - you would need to contact your shipping provider to reimburse the cost of the lost parcel and shipping.
