Shipping Policy

Important Note for our US customers: We now cover taxes and customs handling fees upfront so there’ll be no additional charges to receive your order after checkout. Please note we may ship multiple items separately subject to value for insurance purposes.

Ready to ship items will be dispatched within 1-2 business days. Processing and shipping times vary for made-to-order and custom orders which can be anywhere from 2-6 weeks. Please see further information on item listing and purchase information.

Our preferred methods of shipping are Special Delivery with Royal Mail for domestic shipping to mainland UK and Royal Mail International Tracked Shipping for international orders. Time scales can vary, but typically shipping to mainland UK takes 1-2 working days from dispatch and USA, Canada, New Zealand and Europe around 5-7 working days. Please note that these time frames are the aims outlined by Royal Mail and despite regions where customs taxes and handling fees are settled in advance there may be additional time needed to process through customs and during periods of high postal traffic such as around the holidays.

For other regions, please enquire before purchase and I will do my best to find out.

We ship mostly worldwide however, when ordering from outside of the UK, it is essential that the customer checks any import restrictions that may prevent delivery. When ordering items the buyer will be responsible for the customs forms and fees required to claim the package with the exception of the USA where DDP tariffs are paid in advance. Please note that I declare the retail price of items on dispatch.
