This necklace really comes to life in the light. Golden obsidian beads with glistening yellow flecks. Anchored by an organically shaped centre-piece, hand sculpted and cast in-house from recycled silver grain - fluid in texture, almost river worn, accented with a pool of 24ct gold complimenting the glowing flashes in the obsidian and gold filled bead accents detailing the necklace.
Finished with a loose link chain making it adjustable from 17-20 inches. It sits just right around the collar line. A beautiful balance of tones and deeply tactile. It feels “of the Earth” and sits beautifully whether styled alone or layered.

I create all my pieces by hand from my home studio. I favour recycled and reclaimed materials and source stones and metals as ethically as possible. I strive to create earthy, soulful pieces that will stand the test of time. As is in the nature of handmade jewellery you may find hints of the tools and techniques I use in the surface of the metal meaning there's a possibility of slight imperfections.
